Guillen Reinstated from Disabled List, Anderson Designated for Assignment

The Tigers today recalled the injury rehabilitation assignment of outfielder Carlos Guillen from Triple A Toledo and reinstated him from the disabled list. To create room on the club’s 25-man roster, the Tigers today designated the contract of outfielder Josh Anderson for assignment. Guillen hit .571 (4x7) with an RBI in two games with Triple A Toledo. In five games with Single A Lakeland, he hit .250 (3x12) with a double and four walks.
